Making Jamaican Oxtails for Mother’s Day

Hello everyone. Once again, thank you to everyone who pre-ordered a copy of STITCHES Memoir of a Trauma Surgeon. Today I would personally like to share my inspiration for writing STITCHES and share some of my culture.

During Mother’s Day weekend my family and I prepared a typical Jamaican meal - oxtails with rice and peas. My husband filmed the video for you all to enjoy.
